StashlyVN respects intellectual property rights. We are an aggregator that indexes publicly available game metadata and links to the official developer page for each game. We do not host game files. If you believe content listed on StashlyVN infringes your rights, please follow the procedure below.

Notice Procedure

To request removal of content, send a written notice to dmca@stashlyvn.com including:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, mailing address).
2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, original source URL).
3. The URL(s) on StashlyVN where the allegedly infringing content appears (e.g., https://stashlyvn.com/game/some-game-slug).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

What happens next

• We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
• We review the notice. Valid notices result in content removal within 7 business days.
• If we remove content, the affected developer is notified and may file a counter-notice (see below).

Counter-Notice (for developers)

If your game listing was removed and you believe the takedown was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

1. Your name, address, phone, and email.
2. Identification of the removed content and its URL.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bizkaia, Spain.
5. Your signature.

Send to dmca@stashlyvn.com. We restore content within 10-14 business days unless the original claimant initiates legal action.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of removing all content from any developer or user found to repeatedly upload material infringing third-party rights.

What we cannot help with

StashlyVN does not host downloadable game files. Download links route to the developer's official page (itch.io, Patreon, etc.). If you want a game file removed from the internet, contact the platform hosting the download (e.g., itch.io support).

Privacy of complainants

Personal data submitted in DMCA notices may be forwarded to the affected developer as part of the counter-notice process. By submitting a notice, you consent to this disclosure.
