Slime Sanctuary is a cozy management visual novel that pairs light restoration mechanics with character-driven storytelling. You arrive at an overgrown sanctuary to find Peach, a small slime who's maintained the place alone for decades. From there, you spend your days repairing three distinct areas—the main hall, your quarters, and the dormitory—while building relationships with the girls who call the sanctuary home. HardStuckStudio has crafted something deliberately low-stakes: there are no branching choices, no time pressure, and no fail states. The story unfolds at its own rhythm, inviting you to simply inhabit this quiet world.

The management layer is purposefully light. You generate mana from different sanctuary areas and spend it on repairs and upgrades that visibly transform the spaces. Rather than a complex economic system, this feels like a gentle loop—tend to the sanctuary, watch it improve, unlock story moments tied to your progress. It's satisfying without demanding optimization. All artwork is hand-drawn, including backgrounds, character sprites, and the three CG illustrations currently in the game, which unlock naturally as you progress and remain viewable in a gallery.

Adult content is present but measured. The game includes nudity and explicit scenes that fit organically into the narrative rather than derailing it. At roughly one hour for Chapter I, this is an early-access release, with plans for new areas, characters, and story expansion.
