Itazura VR is ImagineVR's take on the domestic romance fantasy—you're reunited with your cousin Rui, who's recently moved in next door as a young adult. The setup is deliberately intimate: she needs looking after, and you're positioned as her confidant and potential romantic interest. This is a VR-first experience, though the Windows desktop mode is playable if you lack a headset.

Gameplay revolves around relationship-building through conversation and daily interactions. The 3D environments are designed to feel present, whether you're wearing an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift—that spatial awareness is the core appeal here. Without traditional branching dialogue trees or complex puzzles, the focus stays on the fantasy of proximity and gradual intimacy. The demo version provides a taste of the full experience, which ImagineVR has expanded into a Special Edition available on their store.

The adult content is framed as a natural progression of romantic tension rather than gratuitous; expect suggestive scenes and intimate moments that build from flirtation.
