Juicy Futa is JuicyEliot's attempt at an open-world dating simulator with a specific erotic focus. You play as Eliot, a futanari time traveler stranded on a colorful island, navigating relationships with 23 characters across 15 locations while working toward a way home. The premise is deliberately playful rather than narrative-heavy—the setup exists to justify why you're pursuing intimate encounters with the island's inhabitants.

Gameplay centers on stat management and relationship-building mechanics familiar to players of Fenix Tear or similar titles. Characters react to your dialogue choices through tracked stats (mood, trust, lust, love), and the environment opens gradually as you gain access to new locations—bar, gym, beach, medical center, and others. A day/night cycle with weekly structure prevents the experience from feeling entirely static, though pacing will depend on your tolerance for grinding affection values. The current build (v1.0.1) contains 55 explicit scenes with roughly 130 hand-drawn animations, along with a memory gallery for replaying encounters.
