You pilot a helicopter-turned-taxi service, picking up customers, navigating to their destinations, and fulfilling their explicit requests mid-flight to earn time bonuses. The premise is intentionally ridiculous, and the game leans hard into that tone.

Gameplay is straightforward arcade fare: land near waypoints to collect passengers, follow directional arrows to drop-off zones, and grind on buildings to build speed. The wrinkle that makes Sex Helicopter distinct is the request system—customers have specific "satisfaction" requirements you must complete during the journey, and only successful completion awards bonus time. It's a silly inversion of service-industry tasks. Controls are mapped to both keyboard (WASD, Q, A/B) and controller, and the core loop is designed for quick runs and high-score chasing rather than narrative depth.

The adult content here is explicit in premise but kept relatively light in execution—the game's crude pixel art and arcade presentation sidestep photorealism entirely, and voice acting from Joel Wakefield adds personality without veering into graphic territory. Director Liz Gravis anchors a small team that clearly understood the assignment: make something aggressively stupid and confidently weird. The soundtrack by Johan Strom, Groverhaus, and the Uncanny Valley Girls completes the vibe.

At version 1.01, Sex Helicopter is short, intentionally janky in spots, and built for brief play sessions. It's not a deep experience—it's a novelty arcade game with adult humor that respects its own silliness.
