Fantasy Formula is a niche adult visual novel from developer Piggyz that marries fast-food restaurant management with supernatural transformation fantasy. You play as a mysterious figure summoned to a magical fast-food establishment staffed by nine voluptuous managers—each with distinct personalities and backstories that unfold across multiple branching routes. The premise is deliberately absurdist: instead of spreadsheet logistics, you're navigating intimate scenarios with interdimensional fast-food workers whose bodies undergo dramatic expansion as the narrative progresses.

The game's structure splits early: choose aggression with May in the opening closet scene to unlock the erotic path, or maintain restraint for a more wholesome alternative. Piggyz designed three distinct routes for Act 2 (fully released as of February 2025), each with unique character interactions and plot developments, with six additional characters promised in Act 3. The experience spans six-plus hours of hand-drawn content—230+ custom scenes—supported by 130 sound effects (sloshing, gurgling, expansion audio) and 40 original music tracks. This audio design is unusual for the genre; headphones are genuinely recommended.

The core fantasy here is expansion and growth: breast expansion dominates the content, with minor weight-gain elements. Piggyz commits fully to this aesthetic without pretense.
