◆ I had the pleasure to do the translation for the game and we are in discussion for an Itch and Gumroad release in near future if people grab the game in their fanbox. ▶ Game content:
◆ In Custom Hero play as an Evil Organization making experiments on a veteran superhero they have freshly captured.
◆  You can choose the appearance of the hero: Super Suit design, hairstyle, accessories.
And then play with him in 3 x 2 different scenarios which can be created by combining three types of drugs that you’ll be used on him.
◆ There are also 3 secret scenarios available if you click on the “End Experiment” button.

Ps: This version of the game still have a lot of typos because it's hard to make back and forth translation between Japanese/English and the actual text integration in the game! A new version will come soon with better grammar and typo fix. And of course, the fact that I am french doesn't help at all x).
