Project: Home! is a romantic visual novel that pairs intimate storytelling with a genuinely novel mechanic: home renovation as narrative device. Developed by Sei-ren Publisher, the game casts you as someone returning to your coastal hometown of Cabo Lagoon after a career collapse, inheriting your parents' storm-damaged house. Rather than simply choosing dialogue options, you'll make decisions about flooring, paint colors, kitchen layouts, and bathroom fixtures—each choice rippling into how the story unfolds and which relationship paths become available.

The core romance involves Mira and Lola, childhood friends turned successful renovation partners with starkly different design philosophies. Mira favors modern, high-tech comfort; Lola prefers cozy, timeless aesthetics. The game explores three distinct routes and includes polyamorous relationship options, letting you pursue both women or focus on a single partner depending on your choices. Sei-ren Publisher frames this as a collaborative "labor of love," and the blending of domestic restoration with emotional reconnection genuinely distinguishes it from standard dating sims.

The adult content leans toward erotic romance scenes, presented with frame-by-frame animation and fully illustrated CGs. The tone remains tasteful and integrated into the relationship progression rather than gratuitous. The game ships across Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android, with support for English, Russian, and Chinese—a notably international effort.
