Twisted Thoughts presents a premise with genuine narrative potential: you play a young man who discovers he can read minds, and must navigate the ethical minefield of wielding that power in school and social settings. Special Mind frames this not as a simple power fantasy, but as a genuine moral dilemma—you're free to exploit your ability for sexual conquest, pursue genuine connection, or abstain entirely. The story unfolds across roughly 4–5 hours of gameplay, with branching paths that meaningfully respond to your choices about how the protagonist uses (or refuses to use) his newfound ability.

Gameplay centers on decision-making that shapes both personality and relationships. You'll choose whether to adopt dominant or submissive roles, which relationships to pursue, and whether to respect boundaries or cross them. These decisions accumulate to create distinct endings, giving replay value for players who want to explore different moral frameworks within the same narrative. The game currently offers Days 1–7 on desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android), with a web demo limited to Days 1–4.

The adult content is substantial and explicit—over 10,000 images and 350 videos comprise the experience—but the framing around consent, power dynamics, and personal agency suggests Special Mind is interested in exploring these themes rather than simply depicting them.
