The Neuronauts - NSFW

This is a semi-hard(hehe) scifi harem, mostly linear AVN with as much focus on being scientifically realistic without killing the fun. You've never read a story format like this before.
Based on speculative futurism, evolutionary xenobiology and xeno"Anthro"pology, this is probably the most science heavy story you've ever read, written by a scientist.    If you want to explore the possible universe with curiosity in a way likely never attempted before, this is for you.
Currently a minimum of 22.5 hours of gameplay. Each update will be done every 1.5 months, containing 1/2 a week.  Except for one rollout where I decided I needed more time to improve the quality and made a much more reasonable release schedule, I have yet to miss a release date..
First contact with aliens is not what we expected, they are much friendlier, monogamy is foreign to them, and they are obsessed with us as a culture and species.  They also find us really hot.  (Their social structure and sexual viewpoints based on bonobo society, but non-hierarchical with logic and reason like we have.)
Note that some people  ask about why I picked certain traits for the aliens. If you have speculative biology, why not go hog wild?  A third sex you will never have sex with, they reproduce more like monotremes. they have bioluminescence along with pigment sacks like octopi, and they display emotions based on eye color. Also a lot of real interactions with an alien species will involve looking beyond the superficial with understanding. I've played many fugly games that if well written enough can be really sexy.  People in some comments say that there is no way those eyes can be sexy, meanwhile in the 90's Starfire had very similar eyes thanks to the pixelation of the comics and no one fapped to her!

NASA Liaison and long time girlfriend of the main character has a long held secret she fears will make the love of her life come to hate her.  The revelation rocks the dynamic of their relationship in ways neither would have thought possible
Cult survivor and tech genius, Yulopner is plagued by social anxiety and self loathing associated with CPTSD. Her condition is so rare on the planet at this point in history, therapy is mostly theoretical, and its not until she gets to live in a home full of her heroes, the humans, that she finds people who have experiences even remotely like hers, and put what she's felt all of her life into words.   Luckily, the humans will try to do their best to make her feel like she deserves to love herself and be loved.
The Neuronauts draw in the social misfits due to the required emotional isolation of travel.  Nodoka Matsutake is  no different. The Hyuzefian girls of Apartment 2 worship the ground she walks on, however, prior to being the first human on an extra solar planet, Chiron, she was awkwardly antisocial to the point of isolation beyond her job.  Her dream is that she can actually move them beyond the hero worship to full on friendship.
Wubopi is the longest serving active Neuronaut, who found it a perfect fit due to a weird stigma, and biological misfortune that the seemingly utopian planet is surprisingly hung up on.  The idea of finding real love especially with a human was the last thing she believed possible.  Will you prove her wrong?
Isadora Souza, the Brazilian wise cracker, enjoys using jokes to mask her insecurities. Brilliant Geophysicist, discovers her infatuation is linked to her libido circuit, which causes a complete break in her confidence when activated, and her autism spectrum does not help.  Direct communication is the key for her to move forward beyond her nervousness.
Part of the original crew that discovered earth 200 years ago, Girove is not even the oldest member of the house.  Viewed as a grump to the Hyuzefians and a jovial firecracker to the humans, her quick whit and love of humans does well to hide something dark that happened on earth those centuries ago.
Sophia Hasikos is the most socially conservative of the crew and is working hard to deal with the constant culture shocks of the much more libertine planet.   The idea of a non-monogamous relationship sounds like a nightmare to her and would require something impossible to happen to allow her to even consider it.
Daughter of one of the first earth explorers, Janizef is the head of the orientation program to help the humans navigate their new planet and feel at home and safe.  With the advent of instant information transfer gates, She is given the opportunity to catch up to the same timeline that the humans are on.  Will she be able to deal with what she learns?
