The Censor casts you as Yuto Fujimoto, a computer science graduate who lands a work-from-home position as a content moderator for a social media platform called Facibook. Rather than the expected tedium of flagging inappropriate posts, Tiramisu has built a dating simulation around the premise—your decisions about what to censor and how you interact with colleagues shape romantic outcomes and story branches.

Gameplay revolves around daily moderation tasks that, while conceptually repetitive, drive character interactions and relationship progression. You'll encounter various content scenarios that double as conversation starters with coworkers, each choice carrying weight in how characters perceive your judgment and values. The pixel art aesthetic, rendered in 2D, gives the game a deliberate indie charm that suits both the slice-of-life pacing and the adult-oriented romantic sequences. Tiramisu has designed the demo to be a scaled-down preview of the full release, which promises three to four times the content currently available. The developer notes that the final Steam and DLsite versions will use hand-drawn assets rather than the AI-generated placeholder images in this demo.

The adult content integrates into relationship milestones rather than existing separately from narrative progression. Intimate scenes carry weight tied to your character's choices as a moderator and person, framing sexuality as part of character development rather than gratuitous interludes. The game supports English, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese, broadening accessibility.
