Trans-peration

Trans-peration casts you as Thetis, an elite operative on a mission to penetrate a mysterious research facility and expose evidence of unethical experimentation. The premise is straightforward espionage fiction—get in, gather intelligence, get out—but Bellewoof complicates matters by making the facility itself a threat to your character's physical and mental autonomy. The question isn't just whether you'll succeed, but whether you'll remain yourself if you do.

Gameplay unfolds from a top-down perspective across a 2D environment built from industrial tileset assets that establish a sterile, clinical atmosphere appropriate to a clandestine lab. Your movement and interaction are constrained by the facility's layout, creating natural chokepoints where encounters with the facility's mechanisms and effects occur. The core mechanical tension derives from the transformation and corruption systems: as Thetis progresses, she's subject to progressive physical and mental changes tied to the facility's experiments. These aren't cosmetic—they affect how the narrative branches and which endings become available. The mind-control and body-modification elements (including breast expansion) aren't gratuitous padding; they're integrated into the game's central premise about loss of agency and bodily autonomy.

Bellewoof frames the adult content as psychological horror as much as erotic spectacle. The transformations carry narrative weight because they represent failure states or compromised victories, not just titillation. That said, the game leans heavily into explicit visual content—expect hentai-style imagery and detailed depictions of fetish material throughout.

Technically, Trans-peration is still in active development (v1.0), and the developers are transparent about this: unfinished assets and bugs should be anticipated. A notable caveat: some in-game text has been processed through AI grammar tools, which may or may not bother you depending on your tolerance for that workflow.
